Recently, the number of beggars in kisii town has been on a constant rise begging more questions than answers. Being a good Christian, well versed with doctrines of humanity, and understanding that helping the less fortunate is not an option but rather a mandate, you go into your pockets and outcomes some change which you then hand over hoping you have saved someone's life and made your CRE teacher proud.

In the recent past, reports emerged that there were some individuals who were smuggling disabled people from neighboring Tanzania forcing them to beg in kisii town

Moreover, the crooks were giving them targets to meet and ordered them to be aggressive while soliciting money from unsuspecting Gusii residents.
Could this still be the case?

Unfortunately, this sorry state of affairs has attracted an increasing number of crooks who have taken advantage of Kenyans generosity while making a fortune out of it

Have you ever thought: who brings and deposits them at that corner every morning? could it be a family member? Or perhaps a relative? Who takes them to answer nature calls? Can a relative be subjecting their own through this kind of ordeal every single day? Or maybe it's a broker who misuses these proceeds from public Sympathy to live large.

Well, it is said, 'every man eateth where he worketh', however, it might annoy you that some of the beggars you are helping in the streets on a daily basis, actually lead a better life than you do,
But folks as a certain 'karanja' will put it, is nothing personal, just business.
