It is considered normal for children below the age of 5 to wet their beds and not adults as for children it is obvious as they aren’t still in full control of their bladder function as it is part of the developmental stage.

This usually occurs in men as they are perceived to be the largest consumers of liquor. Men who have a lot intake of alcohol is said to have an impaired judgement which would lead to peeing on beddings but it can also occur in women.

Anxiety

An anxious individual would pee on beddings as some anxiety attacks would prove fatal as some ladies do say that this usually happens to them on their first date with their spouses as they anticipate the intimacy.

Urological disorder

The disorder would be in form of overactive bladder and sphincter problems i.e. Ureter, Injuries after surgery or lack of bladder coordination.

But relax there is a remedy for every problem as even your partner peeing can be solved in the following ways;

Medication

This refers to the administering pills and capsules for the bladder coordination as this would ensure there is control of the bladder thus you wouldn’t pee.

Limiting fluid intakes

This does happen with kids and could also happen with adults as one can limit fluid intake before sleeping thus ensuring that the excretion process is minimal as most fluid would be absorbed into the blood system.

Pee before sleeping

When you have this problem one should pee before sleeping as this would enable him to be free from the risk of wetting their beddings.

Cut out caffeinated or alcoholic drinks

When should ensure that his/her intake of fluids is minimal as this would ensure that he is in control of his/her body and thus pee at their own time? The caffeinated drinks are bladder irritants and diuretics thus avoid taking them especially in the evening.
