SHOCK AS BODY IS EXHUMED FOLLOWING FAMILY DISPUTE IN IKONGE, NYAMIRA COUNTY(VIDEO)

Residents of Itumbe were left in shock after the body of 62-year old Ezekiel Mobisa Omao who was buried a week ago was exhumed by police offices today in the morning.
Officers belonging to Manga police station Exhumed the remains Of Ezekiel Mobisa at Itumbe village, in Kitutu Masaba constituency in Nyamira County.
Early last week Nyamira Court principal magistrate ruled out the burial of the late Omao following a case filed by his children from the second wife.
In the case, the family of the second wife wanted the family of the first wife to halt the burial of the deceased pending the court's determination of their tussle.
The court therefore ruled in favour of the second wife's family prohibiting the 1st wife proceeding with the burial.
The first wife went against the court order and Burried the deceased at night, an act that prompted the exhumation of the late.
The body of the late was taken to the mortuary pending hearing of the case.
