A story about the first Kenyan on Twitter.

With the emergence of the most renowned social media app Twitter on 21st March 2006, in San Francisco, California, United states many citizens grappled for a taste of the app after the launch of Facebook in February 2004 in Cambridge Massachusetts, United States.
In Kenya, Kamuiri was the first to join the app with the username @KamauD whose bio read “Cyberwarfare/ Forensics, Security Engineer, US-Cert CIRT Team, Infotech Assurance and then Not……Hacker Fortified.”
The first tweet that Kamau D sent was “niko daro.” which translates to “am in class” Kamau stated that he joined the app while doing research on cyber security on “Impacts of emerging social media technology information security.
The question which oozes down to the audience is when did you join or even heard about the Twitter app.
