2023 KCPE RESULTS: LEADING CANDIDATES SCORES 428 MARKS AS CS MACHOGU REALESES RESULTS.
CS Machogu has released the 2023 KCPE results
The Kenya Certificate of Primary Education examinations results for the year 2023 are finally out.
The 2023 KCPE results were released by Education CS Ezekiel Machogu at Mitihani House on Thursday, November 2023. While announcing the results,Machogu announced that the top candidate scored 428 marks out of 500.
CS Mchogu announced that English, Composition and sign language recorded an improvement in the 2023 exams as compared to 2023. Male candidates performed slightly better in Maths and Science as compared to their female counterparts.
The candidates who scored 400_500 marks were 8,523 candidates. The CS termed this as a slight drop as compared to the 2022 KCPE exams. Those who scored between 300_399 were 352,782 learners. A total of 658,278 candidates scored between 200_299 marks.
This year's KCPE is the last National Examination of its kind as the curtains finally close on 8.4.4 curriculum.
