Dr. Manduku requested president Ruto to give former education cabinet secretary Ezekiel Machogu chairmanship of one of the major state corporations in Kenya.
“I’m pleading with Dr William Ruto to give our own Machogu one parastatal to run as he did a good job when he was a minister. The president can decide to give him chairmanship in either Kenya ports Authority (KPA), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) or KenGen” said Manduku.
Ezekiel Machogu was fired together with other cabinet secretaries by President William Ruto when he dissolved the cabinet last month.
Unfortunately Mr. Machogu was not reinstated when the new list of cabinet nominees was released last week as his position was occupied by his running mate in the running mate in the 2022 Kisii gubernatorial race.
