This automatically improves our immune system making our body function properly as they is no suppression internally or even externally.
Also, laughter improves our mental health. Keeping a dull face always , is not welcoming even to the people around us. This has effect even to the individual person. It shows a sign of stress and struggle from within. Despite life’s lemons, sometimes we just need a dose of laughter everyday in order to keep going. We need to smile and keep it that way , no matter what triggers our minds. Good mental health equals good physical health.
Laughter also fosters social bonds. Laughing is a good way of welcoming someone to speak to you or to even feel free when interacting with you. The cheerful faces as people laugh together are a catalyst for more and more talk and socialization thus more connection amongst individuals. Just by a smile one is able to start a conversation with a stranger who turns out to be a friend later .
Laughter also enhances creativity and problem solving. In the moment of laughter, the mind is always free and is not in a state of stress. In that moment, it is able to handle the tasks at hand effectively without strain . It gives a chance to brainstorm brilliant ideas in order to solve a problem.
In conclusion, laughter is a good remedy to reducing stress, enhancing good mental health and boosting immune system. It provides relief from worry and tension even if it is short term. As the saying goes, laughter is the best medicine .
