MCA ISSUES A STUNNING WARNING TO CS ENERGY DAVIS CHIRCHIR.

On 28/9/2023 an MCA Bogeka ward Kisii county Richmond Manani was in one of Kenya power offices Kisii branch to raise a complain over the blackout that was experienced in his ward over three days. He also complained of  a transformer in a place known as Etinga ya Mokaya which has not been repaired for four years now.

He revealed generally that Gusii land has been experiencing such kind of blackouts and there is no any reconsideration over the same. Talking with  one of the Kenya power officials in Kisii branch, the response was that the problem is country wide which means that the Kenya power are also suffering because there is no transformer procurement.

In his speech, he warned the CS energy Davis Chirchir by giving him a notice that he should resign if he is not able to handle the ministry and give the president an opportunity to appoint another capable person. He also added that during the time of the previous CS Charles Keter, the country did not experience such issues .

The MCA also solicitated the president to ignore the friendship with the CS and appoint another person for the seat all else there are going to collaborate with other leaders and bring up a motion in court to sensor the president to impeach him immediately. 

In additional to that, he said they leaders can not stand streesing Kenyans by allowing them in darkness because of the incompetent of the ministry.To allow Kenyans continue with there daily activities expecially farming which uses power energy they should act immediately.
