DID YOU KNOW THAT YOUR BODY LOSES UP TO 8% OF WATER ON A FLIGHT?
During a flight you need to be hydrated because the conditions in there will make you dehydrated.

Flying can take a toll on your body. Factors like dehydration contribute to a feeling of discomfort during a flight.
A study published in the journal of Environmental and Public Health says a person loses 8% of weight in water during a flight.
This is due to dry air in the cabin which causes the mucous membranes in the body to become dry skin, nosebleeds and a scratchy throat comes with dehydration.
Decrease in humidity can also contribute to dehydration. Humidity is the amount of of water vapour present in the air and a low humidity level causes the body to lose moisture faster.
So during a flight drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and caffeine for they dehydrate the body.
