FEMALE POLICE OFFICER SHOOTS HUSBAND 12 TIMES AFTER ARGUMENT, SURRENDERS TO THE AUTHORITY; ELDORET.

An Eldoret police officer from administration police service (APS) had surrendered to the authority after allegedly shooting her husband 12 times.This was following a heated argument after her shift. The administration police officer is believed to have committed the heinous act on the night of Suturday, October 14 before returning home in the early hours of Sunday morning with her service firearm from Kenya Bureau of standards.

According to the reports, the neighbours heard the couple arguing before they heard gunshots renting the air prompting them to flee for their safety.The neighbours scampered for safety after the ascalation of the flight. The accused fled the scene after commiting the crime and later returned and surrendered at the Eldoret police station where she was arrested.

The lady is a mother of three. The children were heard screaming for help during the tragic shooting of their father.

Uasin Gishu police county commander Benjamin Mwanthi, has since confirmed the incident. The police officer will be arraigned on Monday, October 16 but since then they  have the lady in custody in connection to the death of her husband on Suturday night. The victim's body was moved to the Moi Referral Hospital morgue and they are actively investigating the matter.

Still on that, one of their neighbors revealed that, the couple has been fighting since they moved to that rental house a year ago over domestic issues which are likely to be the pillars of the crime.
