I DON'T SUPPORT THE SUPREME COURT RULING ON REGISTRATION OF LGBTQ - JONAH ONKENDI ONDIEKI
We call for a review of the ruling by the seven Judge bench.

Bonchari Consitituency Member of Parliament aspirant in 2022 general election has called for a review of the Supreme Court ruling on LGBTQ.
Hon. Jonah Onkendi Ondieki said that the supreme court judges who gave the ruling errored both in law and morality. "The Supreme Court went against the law and the consititution, as an organ of government whose mandate is to interpret the law, instead they wanted to make laws".
He urged that the ruling be reviwed by the whole bench of supreme court judges. "That was a wrong ruling and we need the whole bench of seven judges to sit and review the ruling". Jonah added.
He went further to liken the ruling as allowing other illegal entities to register as organisation. "It is like allowing witches and sorcerers have their own organisations registered underb the law to continue with their immoral activities out there".
A few days ago the Supreme Court gave a ruling that LGBTQ have a right to be registered under the law. The ruling has drawn sharp reactions from all corners of the country even forcing President William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua to come out and condemn it openly.
"I cannot allow our women to get competition from men who chase after men. That will not happen under my watch, we have our culture and traditions, we respect our constitution and all our religions we can’t travel the road of women marrying women or men marrying men. This won’t happen in Kenya." The President said.
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua also said. "I was shocked and even wondered what I could say. Do you know that there are times when you can be shocked until you have nothing to say? We are hearing that there is an organisation that wants to defend same-sex marriage. What is that? We have no problem with the court but we have to ask what they imagine when a woman marries another woman. We do not have that and that is against our beliefs,"
Kenyans are waiting to see the aftermath of the ruling and/or the condemnation considering that even the head of state is against the ruling.
