Cyber bullying is a harsh reality,with anonymity providing a breeding ground for harassment.Moreover, the addictive nature of these platforms can lead to decreased productivity and excessive screen time.
So, are social medias doing more harm than good??It is a complex issue. The key lies in responsible usage.Recognizing the impact on mental health and take steps to control it is essential.Social media platforms themselves must prioritize user well being by addressing issues like cyberbullying and misinformation.Society in general should promote digital literacy and balance.
