Jahmby koikai Dead

After a long time battle with endometriosis,the talented reggae MC Jahmby Koikai Alias Fyah Mummah passed on Monday at around 9pm at the age of 38.

The MC had previously undergone 21 surgeries hoping to defeat the monster disease in vain.

While admitted in the hospital days ago Njambi was appealing for blood. “Hi fam, I'm currently admitted at the Pioneer Ward Nairobi hospital and I kindly need Blood O positive. Kindly asking for blood donors for Mary Njambi Koikai," she wrote on her instagram stories.

Alot of Kenyan celebrities mourned the death of the MC including Natalie Githingi who also battles Endometriosis and was really heartbroken by her demise.She wrote “"If you think I'm mentally okay, well, I'm not. Sis, my only hope, my bestie, we talked so many nights for hours about endometriosis, about our health, our darkest secrets of living with endometriosis, about how we were in and out of the hospital to give each other hope We talked about how our mums are the real MVPs for helping us during these hard times; we promised to fight this monster to the end, and we talked about helping other women with endometriosis.
