NAIROBI RANKED BEST CITY IN AFRICA, 12TH GLOBALLY

Raising 50 places from last year, Nairobi city as been ranked by expatriates as the best city to work and leave in on the continental of Africa.
The expatriates further ranked Nairobi 12 out of 57 Cities surveyed in the world, an improvement from 62 out of 66 last year.

The Kenyan capital beat other African cities such as Cape Town 41 Cairo 52 in Johannesburg 55.
The city was also ranked 6th globally in the finance and housing index that was based on overall satisfaction with the affordability, ease of finding houses, disposable income and financial situation.

“All three African cities featured rank among the bottom 10 in the quality of urban living and urban work life indices — except for Nairobi, which lands in 34th place in the latter index. Nairobi also outperforms the other cities when it comes to the ease of getting settled, as well as finances and housing,” the survey stated.
