A warning has been sent to sex addicts, and alcohol users who intend to attend the FIFA world cup 2022 in Qatar as one nightstand or taking alcohol in public will lead to a seven-year jail.
Qatar is a country where homosexuality and sex out of wedlock are illegal. Qatar's supreme committee issued a statement saying, "the country is conservative, and public display of affection is frowned upon regardless of sexual orientation. "
Partying and enjoyment during the world cup have also been hit hard by the rules put forward by the police, as alcohol will not be allowed in public places. A statement issued by a Qatar police officer stated that" the drink and party culture after games, which is the norm in most areas, is strictly prohibited with rigorous and scary consequences if you are caught."
This is the first time ever for sex and alcohol ban in a world cup, as people speculate a very dull world cup.
