British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at 43 after reportedly suffering a fatal pulmonary embolism following a penis enlargement procedure.

British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at the age of 43 after reportedly suffering a fatal pulmonary embolism following a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.
Ubiribo, who was known for his business ventures and social media presence, reportedly developed complications after undergoing the cosmetic procedure.
According to reports, the 43-year-old suffered a pulmonary embolism, a potentially life-threatening condition in which a blood clot blocks a blood vessel in the lungs. The condition can occur following surgery, among other risk factors.
The news of Ubiribo’s death has sparked reactions on social media, with friends, associates and followers expressing shock and sharing tributes to the businessman and influencer.
Ubiribo had built a following through his online presence, where he shared content related to his lifestyle, business activities and personal experiences.
His death has also renewed conversations about the risks associated with cosmetic and elective surgical procedures. While such procedures can be carried out safely, medical experts warn that all surgeries carry potential risks, including blood clots, infections and other complications.
