Lang’ata MP Phelix Odiwour, popularly known as Jalang’o, has reacted to President William Ruto’s reception in Kisumu after a large crowd turned up during the President’s visit to the county.
Jalang’o shared the phrase “Game ni 90” in response to images and videos showing a sizeable crowd attending Ruto’s public engagements in Kisumu.
The remarks have attracted attention because of Jalang’o’s political association with the opposition stronghold of Nyanza and his previous comments on national politics.
Ruto visited Kisumu as part of his wider tour of the Nyanza region, where he inspected and launched development projects while also engaging residents.
