COURT WARNS EMPLOYERS AGAINST WITHHOLDING WORKERS’ SALARIES
The Employment and Labour Relations Court has warned employers against prolonged salary delays, noting that withholding workers’ pay can cause severe hardship and, in certain circumstances, amount to inhuman and degrading treatment.
