ANDREY SANTOS COMPLETES £50M MOVE TO MANCHESTER UNITED FROM CHELSEA.
Manchester United have completed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos from Chelsea in a deal worth £50 million.

The 22-year-old becomes United's latest addition as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season.
Speaking after the transfer was confirmed, Santos described the move to Old Trafford as a dream come true.
"Being at Manchester United feels special. It's a dream," Santos said.
The Brazilian also expressed his ambition to leave a lasting legacy at the club, adding: "I'm so happy to be here, and now I'm going to make my name in the history of this big, big club."
Santos is expected to join his new teammates immediately as Manchester United prepare for the 2026/27 campaign.
Santos joined Chelsea from Brazilian side Vasco da Gama in 2023 and developed into a full Brazil international during his three-year spell at Stamford Bridge. He spent 18 months on loan at French club RC Strasbourg, where he played a key role in helping the team qualify for the UEFA Conference League. His performances also earned him the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Month award in March 2024.
The midfielder returned to Chelsea ahead of the 2025–26 season and was part of the squad that won the FIFA Club World Cup. He leaves the London club after making 47 appearances in all competitions.
