GOR MAHIA EYE CECAFA CLUBS CUP FINAL AS THEY FACE AL-HILAL IN SEMI-FINAL CLASH Kigali, Rwanda.

 K'Ogalo head into the last-four encounter buoyed by an impressive group-stage campaign that saw them finish top of Group A with six points. Gor Mahia secured convincing victories over APR FC (5-0) and CF Garde Republicaine Siaf (1-0), with their only setback coming in a narrow 1-0 defeat to Vipers SC. 

The Kenyan giants scored six goals and conceded just one in the group stage, underlining their attacking strength and defensive discipline as they advanced to the knockout rounds. 

Their opponents, Al-Hilal, also finished with six points in Group C after defeating Tusker FC 2-0 and KVZ FC 4-0 before suffering a 1-0 loss to group winners Rayon Sports in their final group match. The Sudanese side progressed as runners-up behind the Rwandan club. 

Tuesday's semi-final is expected to be a tightly contested affair, with both sides entering the match on the back of strong group-stage performances. Gor Mahia will be looking to maintain their momentum and edge closer to lifting the regional title, while Al-Hilal will be seeking to continue their quest for CECAFA glory. 

 A victory would send Gor Mahia into the tournament final and keep alive Kenya's hopes of winning this year's CECAFA Clubs Cup. All eyes will be on Kigali as one of East Africa's biggest club rivalries on the regional stage unfolds with a place in the final at stake.
