Kisii county governor addresses Senate Committee on KTRH issues

Kisii County Governor, Paul Simba Arati, recently addressed the Senate Committee regarding concerns related to workers at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital (KTRH). Represented by Kisii County Senator Richard Onyonka, Governor Arati responded to pressing questions from the committee.
