At 1:46am, two officers are seen moving with a stroller from the hospital to the back of the police van.
It took the officers about 12 minutes to load Ojwang on to the stroller after getting assistance from a hospital night guard.
This is exactly 24 minutes after parking of the police cruiser hence insisting on the laxity of the officers in the attending of Albert Ojwang.
At 2:11 am, it is speculated that the hospital staff had pronounced him dead and the officers were recorded as they wheeled out Ojwang’s body.
With what was left of Ojwang’, the police officers left Mbagathi hospital at 2:15 am.
As the hospital medical personnel had earlier reported , Ojwang was alredy cold to the touch while his face was already swollen while his body and legs had brutal injuries.
This is after the main suspect, OCS Samson Talaam, was arrested and is currently in police custody. Through his lawyer, Danstan Omari, Talaam states he was never near the police station or on duty at the time Ojwang’ was brought in.
They added that CCTV footage will be produced to give proof of his innocence.
