Josephat Momanyi and his wife Jackline from Bonyagatanyi, Nyakoe Ward in Kitutu Chache South, Kisii County are seeking urgent support after their son was involved in a serious accident that left him with a severe leg injury requiring surgery.

Despite their efforts to seek treatment, the overwhelming medical costs forced them to return home, where they now live in despair. With the mother unemployed and the father working as a watchman, the family has already sold everything they owned in a desperate attempt to settle hospital bills.
