KAKAMEGA HOLY CAST

 A man from Kakamega declares himself as "mwenyezi Mungu Wa Kakamega". He insisted to have arrived from heaven in March 10, 1987 and earth gave into change.

Alfred Denda from Mulomunye Village in Lurambi Constituency, Kakamega County claims he is the head of the past Western Kenya  self-proclaimed prophets, whom he marks as his escorts. “ Yesu wa Tongaren na Jehova Wanyonyi ni escorts wangu na shetani, niliingia na wao campaign nikawashinda.”

This is just three days after a man and woman from Nangoja village, Matayos constituency, Busia county claimed they are the real virgin Mary and Joseph.

In May 2023, Eliud Nekesa, popularly known as "yesu Wa Tongaren" gained undoubtedly excess media attention after he claimed to have received divine calling through a vision in 2009.

'Mwenyezi Mungu Wa Kakamega' promised small miracles like turning ugali into cake and making matatu fare remain the same even after fuel hikes.

It has become common in Western Region for individuals to mark as divine or saintly identities. Yesu wa Tongaren, Jehovah Wanyonyi and Mary Mother of Jesus, Joseph the earthly father of Jesus, Yesu wa Tongaren  and now Ndeda as Mwenyezi Mungu have all come from the region. Is Jerusalem in Kenya?

Who is next? Will it be Saint Peter from Navakholo? Will it be Judas Iscariot from Stendkhisa or Angel Gabriel From Vihiga?
