A family in Nyakwerema, Borabu Constituency, has expressed gratitude after MP Patrick Osero paid school fees for their son, Daniel Moraa, enabling him to join Rirumi Secondary School. The support has restored hope for the struggling family, who have been facing severe financial challenges.

NYAKWEREMA FAMILY BREATHE A SIGH OF RELIEF AS MP OSERO PAYS SCHOOL FEES FOR NEEDY STUDENT

The family of George Morara and Ruth Kerubo from Nyakwerema in Kiabonyoru Ward Borabu constituency in nyamira county has expressed great relief after their son, Daniel Moraa, received support from Patrick Osero. Daniel, who is set to join Rirumi Secondary School, has had his school fees paid by the MP, enabling him to continue with his education and pursue his dreams.

Daniel’s mother expressed her joy and gratitude, saying she was happy that her son would now continue with his studies and work towards achieving his ambitions. She explained that the  family has been facing severe financial difficulties and that she could not afford to pay school fees for her son. She also revealed that her husband, Daniel’s father, is mentally unstable, making life even more challenging for the family.

Daniel Ontiri humbly appreciated Patrick Osero for sending people to visit and support him. He explained that he has been struggling to survive and has often looked for casual jobs outside their home in order to get food. Daniel added that he and his brothers do not even have a proper place to sleep. He appealed to the MP to further assist the family in building a house so that he can have a conducive environment for studying and eventually achieve his dream of becoming an engineer

Residents of Nyakwerema also thanked Patrick Osero for supporting Daniel’s education. They praised the MP for his commitment to helping vulnerable members of society and stated that they would support him in the coming elections so that he can continue serving for another term because of the good work he is doing for the community.
