Kenya Pipeline Company Launches Inuka Foundation in Nakuru

The Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) has launched the Inuka Foundation, an initiative aimed at supporting the education of bright students with disabilities.

The foundation was unveiled in Nakuru during a session chaired by Nakuru County MP Liza Chelule, marking a significant step toward inclusivity in education.

The Inuka Foundation is designed to uplift students with disabilities and those from underprivileged backgrounds. KPC Managing Director Joe Sang emphasized the company’s commitment to ensuring that less privileged children access education.

"Each year, the foundation will sponsor the secondary and university education of two bright students , selected from across the country. Since its inception, the initiative has already supported 735 students through its education program." Says Joe Sang.

Beyond education, the KPC Foundation has been actively involved in various social development programs, including healthcare, environmental conservation, and sports sponsorships. The foundation has constructed boreholes, donated water tanks, and equipped hospitals with essential medical equipment to support health sector.

The launch of the Inuka Foundation in Nakuru underscores KPC’s dedication to transforming lives through corporate social responsibility. By investing in education and inclusivity, the company is paving the way for a more equitable future.
