MP Kibagendi: My development agenda is unstoppable

Kitutu Chache South Member of Parliament Antonty Kibagendi says his development agenda will continue as planned despite negative criticism from his opponents.

Kibagendi says some people have been planning demostrations against him arguing he will not stop to listen to negative energy. 

“A section of our roads are not in good conditio but that doesn't mean we are not working towards improving them. The rains have been a menace in the construction of such roads. We are doing everything possible to rehabilitate all our roads.”

He says he has constrcuted major in  a period of less than two years; Igonga-Raganga-Mosocho, Nyakoe-Ititi-Marani and Nyaore-Gesieka are fully tarmacked.”

The MP says he will ensure that every homestead is connected to the power grid. “There are areas in the Counstituency that have never had electricity."

He launched the final project of distributing avocado seedlings to farmers to boost them financially.

“We are distributing about 10,000 seedlings to farmers. Last year in April we distributed 6,000 seedlings and we are targeting to distribute about 30,000 seedlings by the end of this year.”

He encouraged farmers to embrace the hass variety of avocado as it yields high quality products. “This variety is the export quality. One tree can bring a gross income of 14,000 per year.”

He condemned the Kenya Kwanza Government for failing to fulfill the promises the made to Kenyans during campaigns.
