Inside were two polythene-wrapped packages containing a dry, leafy substance believed to be Cannabis sativa.
The individual found in possession of the packages was immediately taken into custody.Β
Authorities confirmed that the suspect is being held at Matungu Police Station pending arraignment, while the suspected narcotics have been secured as evidence.
