Senator Okenyuri: There has been intentional impersonation of my social media handles

Nominated Senator Essy Okenyuri has called for vigilance from the public over attempts to impersonate her character.
Ms Okenyuri says that in the recent past there has been attempts to discredit her work as a Senator, that done under his Foundation and her social media handles.
She says the intention is well known by the individuals drafting and crafting the false information.
"It has come to my attention that there is a digital content in form of posters being disseminated online and possibly offline falsely attributed to me. The said content misrepresents who I am, what I stand for and is intended to tatter my reputation."
The Senator has since urged the public to completely disregard and disengage from the smear campaigns.
"Any information or contet that does not originate or reflect what is on my social media handles should be treated as fake news, propogada or misinformation. I appreciate those who have taken the step to notify me and question the veracity of the content."
She says; "Your vigilance helps in suffocating the spread of the chronic diseases of misonformation, disinformation and negative propganda."
