Notorious Burglary Suspect Arrested in Narok

Police officers in Narok have successfully arrested a notorious burglary suspect and recovered several stolen items following a well-coordinated operation.

Acting on credible intelligence reports, officers from Narok Police Station, led by the Officer Commanding Station Riko Ngare raided a residence in the Majengo area, where they apprehended the suspect. 

The individual, identified as the main perpetrator captured in CCTV footage linked to multiple housebreaking and burglary incidents in Narok Town, was found in possession of stolen goods.

Among the recovered items were three 6kg gas cylinders, two generators, and various electronic appliances.

These items have been secured as evidence, and investigations are ongoing to trace their rightful owners.

Authorities have revealed that the suspect was recently released from prison on similar charges before resuming criminal activities. He is currently in police custody and is expected to be arraigned in court.

Law enforcement officers have commended the swift response and cooperation of the community, urging residents to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities to help curb crime in the region.
